What is a Virtual Teller machine?
A Virtual Teller is an interactive teller machine, otherwise known as an ITM, that allows you to bank with us during non-business hours, as well as communicate with a live representative through video conferencing technology. It's like an ATM, but so much more!
Where can I find a First Bank Virtual Teller machine?
Virtual Teller machines are now available at all branches! Visit our Locations page often to find one near you.
What transactions can I do at a Virtual Teller machine?
Most in-branch and drive-thru transactions you do today will be available at our new Virtual Teller machines – from the comfort of your car, including check and cash deposits, regular loan payments, check cashing, transfers, split deposits, and more.
Do the Virtual Teller machines dispense change?
No, they do not. If you cash a check, the change will be deposited into your chosen First Bank account.
Will deposits that I make at a Virtual Teller machine be available right away?
Check deposits up to $1,000 made at a Virtual Teller machine will be available right away. However, if the check is over $1,001, it will post and be available by the end of the next business day.
Do you need a debit card to use Virtual Teller?
Our Virtual Teller machines can be used with or without a First Bank Debit Card, although having one is ideal to ensure you have the best possible experience. Is Virtual Teller replacing human tellers?
No. Think of our Virtual Teller machines like an ATM, but better. Our awesome staff will remain and will now be available 'behind the camera' to serve clients at the Virtual Teller machines during business hours, too.
