Scam Alert: "Overdraft Fee Lawyer” Social Media Ads

Important information

We have identified a fraudulent page running advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok concerning First Bank and overdraft fees.

The page, called "Overdraft Fee Lawyer," is posting sponsored advertisements falsely claiming banks, including First Bank, are included in an Overdraft Fee lawsuit investigation. Please be aware this is a scam.

If you see these posts: 

  • Do not click on links
  • Do not fill out forms
  • Do not provide any personal or banking information
